Shipping policy

We ship across India from Bengaluru.

**Processing time**
Most orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

**Delivery time**
Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days for metro cities and up to 7 business days for other locations, depending on your PIN code.

**Shipping charges**
Shipping is free on orders over ₹599. Any applicable shipping charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout before you pay.

**Cash on Delivery**
Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India. A COD handling charge may apply and will be shown at checkout.

**Order tracking**
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

**Delays and failed deliveries**
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays or remote locations. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or the package is refused, reshipping charges may apply.
